Factors that may effect healthy weight loss
Get a good sleep because bad sleeping habit make to gain weight faster. Researchers believe that sleep is the single most important thing to people when they want to function productively in society. Similarly, to lose weight, eating right type of food and burning calories is very important. Doctors always advice plenty of rest and a good night sleep for healthy body . Staying up all night may effect your metabolism and waking up late will never help you lose weight, nor will not getting good sleep at all, it will also haul the progress towards achieving a healthy weight loss.
Why is sleep so important?
Answer is quite obvious that you need it for functioning normally, Not sleeping well or at all increases food cravings by effecting hormone balance in human body. These hormones sometimes referred as ‘hunger hormones’ increase with sleep deprivation or a disturbed routine. So in short a disturbed sleep routine can effect your weight in a negative manner.
Other factors may include bad eating habits, stress , anxiety and different medical and environmental issues. Make sure you address all your medical issues just to get best results out of any diet plan. Managing these factors is very important for long term management of weight .
Stress and weight gain
Stress is part of daily life, a natural occurring phenomenon that can not be avoided. Researchers believe that sometimes it contributes to weight gain. Even if you follow a healthier life style, chronic high stress can prevent you from losing weight–or even cause a weight gain.
Body responds to all types of stress in exactly the same manner. Brain instructs cells to release powerful hormones. Human body gets a burst of adrenaline, which collects stored energy so you can effectively respond to situation. Cortisol is released at the same time telling your body to replenish used energy even if you haven’t used many calories. This cause you to feel hungry and most obvious option is something that packs a lot of calories. People usually go for sweet or salty fast food without realizing consequences.
